It's a fine line that could just be avoided by enforcing Global Rule 6. By making Pepe the poster child for shitposting, you also kill things like pic related that are perfectly valid.
All I'm saying is that singling a certain image out, especially one with so many variants, will cause issues. Anything involving Greninja or Politoed or anything that's touching its face will get derailed into "REMOVE FROGPOSTER"
Let's just word the suggestion better.
