Only downside is 90 Base Attack really isn't that much. Aggron plays the Speedy Rock Head Smash game better with 20 more Base Attack and only at the cost of 5 base speed (Relicanth's 55 to Aggron's 50).
Rampardos gets an honorable mention for having a pants-shitting 168 Base Attack and 58 Base Speed (116 after RP) but no Rock Head.
But at the end of the day, no one's gonna stop me from usin' my fossil fish.
