>>40275250No dude when you have blastoise if you have ivysaur you need to get a gastly and talk to the old man who teaches you to catch pokemon then fly to cinnabar island and use surf with blastoise. Then fight the wild pokemon you find there they are tough like lvl 120 but level up your ivysaur so it starts evolving and when it tries to evolve press start and have gastly use Flash and you're blastoise will be gone but ivysaur will evolve to Venastoise
