All that in service of a few mediocre games that wanted to prove Game Freak was more than just Pokémon, but ultimately history will not remember Tembo the Badass Elephant or Harmoknight, we just remember that XY was half baked and lacked a 3rd game.
I still remember gen 6 fondly for being the best online pokémon ever had, to this day.
