This thread long spergout over speed up has taught me one thing: There is simply no accomodating for every playstyle. If I make a game, I'll make it clear about how its supposed to be played but won't go at any length to stop the hypothetical player from using external tools to play their way. If they don't have fun when using outside tools on the game, it isn't my problem. Basically, let them use speed up and if they cry about the game with that method I'll simply ignore it.
