I have a mini story to share I guess.
>be 12>huge fan of the base and fossil set, I got holo gengar, holo dragonite, holo chansey, a few others but these guys are important to this story>carry my cards with me to trade (or show off)>on a weekend I'm biking around the neighborhood>I see this girl and decide that I was bored and I would try and hang out.>I know her from class but not we're not friends so its a bit awkward>fast forward a bit because I don't remember how I got to her place, I certainly brought up pokemon in that amount of time>she likes pokemon as well hence the invite.>we spend some time printing pictures of pokemon>then she wants to compare trading cards>here I go way too eager to show off my holos, not noticing how smug she is looking at them>she points at the gengar, dragonite and chansey & lets me know she has something to trade for them>I figure she has cards I don't have, my excitement built up>from memory, I remember her pulling several * cards none of them holo>she is now demanding that I trade her>wtf no...... but I am a fucking 12 year old twat who shouldn't have cared so much about stupid bitch's feelings so I...>tell her she can have the gengar and the chansey... but not the dragonite and that I would not trade anymoreI left shortly after. She was a known bully throughout highschool as well.
