She's the chairwoman of the league, despite Nemona being stronger than her by her own admission, and possibly other champions coming close/also being stronger than her, she still retains her top spot.
You could say "well they're still on school" but in no moment does she ever even HINTS at giving you a spot or anything, not in the future, not now, nothing. what about all the other champion trainers?
And then this is made worse when we learn THAT SHE'S ALSO THE CHAIRWOMAN OF THE FUCKING SCHOOL.
She controls everything related to Pokemon on the region and her ace is a pokemon that is exclusively found on the dangerous, forbidden fucked up zone and the game even states it.
She's basically Paldea's Queen and no one even realizes it or debates it, despite her doing a bad job as stated in the game since.
1) Trainers are not really reaching the champion rank anymore, it's a rare occurrence, no one on the league really likes her either as she's exceedingly demanding yet she's not demanding to herself apparently.
2) School had a huge wild issue with bullying, allowing team star and all that shit to happen, which she doesn't even acknowledge as the chairwoman.
Both of her institutions with her as chairwoman have fucked up issues and are stated as such by the game NPCs.
