What the hell is bad about this design? Just what? It's practically the ideal Pokemon design. Taking something we know, in this case a Sea Dragon, and adding some minor fantastical elements to it. And this is what this does. Hell, it's design is very similar to Gen I's style, if a bit more complicated thanks to having less system restrictions. But it's nice, simplistic in the nature of the design, and looks both elegant and deadly.
The fact that people hate this, what is clearly among the best designed Gen VI Pokemon so far just proves you guys will never be pleased.
