>>37330967Well she's named after a tree fern called Hapu'u, or Hawaiian Tree Fern. They start off really small and grow roughly a cm a year or so, but they eventually get tree sized. They only grows in areas of high rainfall, so the ground is usually muddy. I assume they took all of that and came up with a midget loli who uses ground types and talks like an old lady.
