>>42898905You're not expected to get your full daily dose from a single food source. Yes there are other foods with higher potassium but that doesn't change that banana also has high potassium. He's downplaying the potassium content by saying "300-400mg" when most sources report an average above 400 (420-470mg per medium banana), it most definitely is not the "worst" source of potassium.
