>>44406802Depends on the Gardevoir? Pokemon are a bit too complex personality/desires wise for that to always be a bad thing. Some pokemon only like battle, they love it, they don't want to make friends, they don't want to find/have lovers, they just want to fight and be as powerful as they can be and nothing more. Some don't care for either and just like being told what to do, so servitude is something they could fall for as well.
With that in mind Gardevoir do like having a strong bond with their trainer, so I'd say its more common than not they'd prefer to at least have some type of respect or care or love or understanding with their trainer.
