But also, addendum to my post: if you're too stupid to understand what I said and are going to possibly misinterpret, you can clearly see that the massive difference in each tone is just the value. Actual proper tinted lighting would move the hue slider. The 4 difference is because the pixels are all over the place, and youtube compression fucks with colors where it can, like in bright near white colors.
