>>47693686I have a few other moves that use it. "Shriek" is a generic 50BP special ghost type move which has a chance to cause Fear. Plenty of mons should be able to learn it. There is also "Deathly Howl" (90BP 90AC Sp Ghost) which is the signature move of a mon based on the Barghest of England.
Then there is Dark Terrain, which in addition to boosting dark moves also increases the chances for moves to cause fear as long as it's active.
