The split hurt It, losing hidden power hurt it, and it always had to compete with jolteon which does what it does better. loved using elemental punches+psychic in gen 2 though. Never liked electavires design and hate its stats. Like they made it slower for some reason, gave it flamethrower but kept its spatk the same. Not a fan.
