It's cry in the game sounds like a Girafarig prevo too, being a higher-pitched version of Girafarig's cry. This is the front-sprite in the 99 demo with the assumption that it's a placeholder sprite for the species that would replace that pre-evo that would eventually go on to become Wobbuffet.
