Pranster+Swagger+Foul Play is stupid but when it's paired with shit like T-wave and Substitute only then it makes a coinflip status like confusion into a complete advantage for the user.
This is ALOT easier to handle in doubles as you still have another poke to use but in singles, it's legitimately unfair. Confusion as a whole is annoying, but not bannable.
