Zoroark failed for a few reasons
>Impossible to get in a normal BW run (compared to Lucario who was forced onto you in DP)>movie was about a mom and her son which is a weak pitch for the target audience, would have done way better if Zoroark was some master thief or something>it was a walking gimmick in battle while Lucario was a powerhouse >was released between Smash games so it didn't have the same Smash push that made a lot of people warm up to Incineroar >anime was only doing okay so it wasn't a good vehicle to shill it either>by BW2 they were already falling back to Lucario againPretty much everything went wrong, it's too bad since I like Zoroark a lot.
>>40495651The only real difference between Incineroar and Zoroark is that one got in Smash, I feel if Zoroark made it in Smash people would remember it a lot better, but the timing was against it.
