anyway, i'm rushing but there is supposed to be some kind of character development here, reeve is lamenting the fact he's a party boy who let his city become bad
but uh...it kind of misses the mark? they outright say reeve transformed east cellia into a huge nightlife spot and he owns several profitable businesses that help the district
we also see reeve about three or four times before the crescent grunts start calling him out, and in none of them he's acting like a spoiled drunk frat kid, so...what gives?
whatever i just said this game has the best story/writing of the rebornlikes, not that the story/writing is necessarily good
