>>53764570If you don't have a full team by like the fourth gym you might as well not bother since the amount of time it takes to grind it up to the rest of your team might as well be spend overleveling your team which would probably be better. Even with just 5 pokemon I was a few levels under Lance and had to do hail/blizzard with Feraligatr to win. Kinda annoying how it's actually worse in KANTOOOO because the gym leaders don't really scale until you get to Blue and he's a fucking cakewalk.
