What the shit? I though Snover were supposed to spawn a little more frequently,not with the possibility of sporadically appearing maybe once in a blue moon. I get more Delibird, Spheal and Santachu more than any of the event spawns. This is some more weak shit from Niantic once again.

The only two times I've gotten Sinnoh Stones from leaders were in battles where I used no shields and let them get off a couple charge attacks and tanked them. Torterra is good for doing that with Candelas Electivire. Did that yesterday and got dust and stone.
Might want to try and experiment and see if this isn't a key to getting stones from leaders.
