It looks good familia, but still feels like it's missing something.
Turn-based RPGs have gone 3D for like 20 years now, but haven't really attempted to make use of 3D space. They still have static battles fought on flat ground. It's like their battle systems are an afterthought made with efficiency in mind.
Why not try something more dynamic, where the fighters move around their environment and interact with their opponent? You know, something better than plodding forward and tapping the enemy.
