The concept (grass goat) is too similar to an already-existing pokemon.
A Baphomet-based pokemon is a neat idea, but it shouldn't be grass type, for the above-mentioned reason.
Maybe a psychic or dark type legendary that can switch between flying/ground/fire/water (the four elements) as its secondary type?
