It can't even learn its signature move V-Create by level up. It's stats and movepool make it just a dumb attacker with no support moves, just smash stuff with STAB and coverage. Dies to all 3 of the best moves in the game (Scald, Earthquake, Knock Off), so it has a horrendous defensive typing, meaning it's difficult to switch in. And let's not get started on how badly Blaziken outclasses poorl ittle Victini. Mew gets a godly movepool, Celebi gets multiple forms of recovery (Leech Seed, Giga Drain, RECOVER), Jirachi gets Paraflinching bullshit, Shaymin gets a badass Sky form, Manaphy gets to mate with stuff and make an unholy brood of Phiones, but poor little Victini? Little guy just gets a big stupid attack that doesn't do anything special, just WEAKENS HIM.
Victini is sadly the weakest and least creative of the mythical fairies...
but he'll always be my favorite because he's THE CUTEST!
