My tastes are what most would consider to be "normie", but I love frequenting favourite threads because it's so wholesome to know that pretty much any Pokemon, popular or not, is appreciated by somebody. I always recall how my favourites became my favourites: bonding over a playthrough, toughing it out through a difficult battle, etc. And I always wonder what that bonding experience was for other anons and their favourites. I wonder about anons's tastes, and why they find their particular Pokemon endearing. Just lovely that they see something in that Pokemon that I don't.
