With the Knock Off buff he not only gets a heavy hitting STAB but can cripple teams as he is the fastest and strongest STAB Knock Off user in the game
He still has access to Swords Dance and even Power up Punch for attack boosting.
With the Steel Nerf he is no longer walled by Jirachi, Metagross and other steel types that kept him out of OU, he is even able to OHKO Shield Mode Aeigslash
With the Defog buff, SR is easy to keep of the field which allows him to come in earlier and sweep.
Give it time people will realize how well Weavile works in OU as a revenge killer and mid game sweeper this Gen.
