An IRL friend of mine knew how much I liked over the top anime and precolumbian america, so he linked me the first episode of stardust crusaders. I had previously heard about the series, and read the first chapter of SC a few years back, but I never really got into it.
After watching the first two episodes of the OVA I was hooked. Since then I've watched all of the 2012-2013 anime, and have parts 1-7 of the manga downloaded, in color from ebooks. Can't wait for SC animu in 3 days.
