I have here a bunch of Japanese Electrikes and Fletchlings, some are 4IV, some 5IV (but maybe lack proper ability, none are absolutely perfect)
Mainly for breeding more of your own perfect competitives
The Electrikes were bred for HP Ice, so some may have 30 IV stats (and then being 3IV), they are all Timid with either Lightning Rod or Static
The Fletchlings are all Adamant with either Gale Wings or Big Pecks
