Now they might have some type of romantic rituals as some animals and humans do, but marriage is quite a religious & government type action. Its not something I think they'd do in the wild.
NOW if we got a Ralts lined mon who learned about the human tradition of weddings and they wanted to have one...Well that would be tailored by the specific pokemon itself, not its species. I don't think they'd all be mystical or romantic, some might be simple and quick. Some might be huge affairs that rival big ballroom parties, some might be incredibly sappy and fey like. It just depends on what the bride and groom decide upon.
