Honestly red from hgss. I got to the end on my first play through but I wasnt expecting his pokemon to be like 10 levels higher than gsc. That level 88 pikachu with light ball wrecked like half my team because I had no ground type. Then the hail chipping away and giving perfect acc blizzards just overwhelmed me. His lapras and snorlax were just infinitely bulky. I got his snorlax down to like one hp then that fuck used a full restore. I actually dropped the game for a while because I hate grinding. I dont remember if I actually ever beat him on that first play through. As I learned more about natures and good team composition I played the games again and beat him with less trouble, but fuck thats a superboss.
