you could just say he looks stupid instead of spouting retarded buzzwords. which i'd agree with frankly, but i wouldn't say he's the worst designed pokemon. worst fire starter before gen 7 sure, worst starter in general before gen 6 absolutely, but the worst pokemon design? nah. that's this piece of shit.
