Black 2 isn't very good from what I've played so far. My favorite regions are Sinnoh and Hoenn for reference, but Unova is such a slog. I don't care what people say about Sinnoh's speed or lack of fire types because I literally never use fire types anyway unless their secondary type is something I like. The starters are shit, I'm three gyms in and the only pokemon I like so far is magnemite and mareep I guess. There are no pokemon I like until later and the battle system pisses me off with it's """cinematic""" zooming in with every attack.
Pokestar studio was dumb, the increase in cutscenes and tutorials is dumb, the region itself is unimpressive so far in variety (geographically, city design wise, and pokemon wise), medals are dumb, and most of the gen V pokemon (with a few exceptions) look stupid or ugly. I just want ghost or bug types but all of the ones at the beginning suck dick and the cool/usable ones aren't until later.
