>>22864280>Trevenant was hurt by the poison!"Man.. He's definitely not making this easy.. I like it! Trevenant, use Rock Slide, keep your eyes on both of them!"
"Trev!"
With a wave of his hand, Trevenant summons a tremendous landslide of boulders above the two Jokers, crushing them both and instantaneously destroying the final doppelganger. But there is a problem. Unsure which rock crushed the phony and which crushed the real deal, Trevenant darts back and forth between both boulders, anticipating one of them to be destroyed.
Just as he begins to focus on the left rock, cracks start forming on the right.
"Trevenant, it's the right--the RIGHT!"
"Tr-!"
[HUUHU!]
Trevenant snaps to the right in a heartbeat, but it's too late for him. All he sees is the true Joker busting out of the rock and diving headfirst into his shadowy body like a missile. Trevenant lets out a blood-curdling screech, feeling the effects of a deceptive Knock Off executed from the inside. His hands reach for his head, as he thrashes about uncontrollably.
[HoooooooooHAH!]
"Ah! Trevenant, no, not now!"
As if having slain a monster, the Joker bursts out of Trevenant's backside, not as an Accelgor, but as a Beedrill. And not just any Beedrill either.
A /Mega/ Beedrill. Drenched in black ectoplasm, the Joker victoriously raises up its spear arm.
"T-Tre.....Trevaaa.....naaant...."
Trevenant, now left with a gaping hole in his chest, struggles to stay steady and ultimately collapses. Recognizing his dire need of support, his tree bark returns and once again bounds him to it. He falls unconscious.
>Trevenant fainted!"Hm," the Champion hums, "I told you, but you didn't want to listen."
"He just couldn't keep up.">Who do you use next?!
