Eternal Flower Floette is coded into gen 6 and 7 games to be obtainable. It even had a signature move called "Lights of Ruin" which was one of the strongest fairy moves of the entire games. It however never was officially distributed in any form whatsoever.
The fact that they planned in advance to have some sort of event with this but just straightup forgot is pretty hilarious. But that they still coded it into gen 7 games is straight up bizarre.
