>>47750166Crossing out Pokemon whos concept ended up getting used by a later Pokemon (Huntail, Sirfetch'd, Wobbuffet, and Mime Jr.) and Pokemon who were clearly still unfinished and were likely axed way before this (Straw Doll, Bell Cat and baby Grimer) leaves us with five finished designs that never ended up used in any way. Three of these are additions to existing families:
>Female Bellsprout evo is cool, keeps the Bellsprout look while looking silly and feminine at the same time>Baby meowth is adorable, and wouldn't be too bad since we've never gotten a 3rd evo for Meowth>Pinsir evo is weird but cool, would've helped him stand up against Scyther getting Scizor, but the design is kinda bizarreAnd the final two, Wolfman and Warwolf, are cool as fuck and the most heartbreaking loss here. They were clearly finished and were likely only cut because Johto had enough ice types and they needed room for Larvitar/Pupitar.
