Lucario IS OP.
He shits out damage from level 1, has like like three different dashes to bail out if he gets in a bad position so you can never catch him, can tank hits like a motherfucker if he decides to stay in said bad position, and can potentially 1v2 or 1v3 your team and win.
PuP is not only super strong but it also acts as a dash and an execution move, ON TOP of the upgraded version being unstoppable.
That shit right there is dumb. DUMB.
