>>50195975>Treecko (-> Grovyle -> Sceptile -> maybe mega if we get close enough)I live in a tropical environment and spent like 4 years catching anoles and other tiny lizards for fun (successfully, too). I feel like these little buggers would only be vaguely uncommon here, especially with all the trees and other foliage, and it’s one of the only vaguely-lizard-like pokemon I’d be able to catch without significant harm to myself (the other options are probably shit like Salandit or Charmander considering the environment). would probably get it when I’m way young, and feed it enough to convince it to stick around.
>shouldermon >implying I need to choose and won’t just give my entire collection an equal amount of hang-out time>Feraligatr (Ace) & Stoutland (SIC)feels weird having 2 starter mon as answers, but this place is practically overrun with gators- it’d be a crime not to choose this guy. I even have a few near my house who live in a lake and scream a lot, I’d totally have a Feraligatr.
as for Stoutland, I like dogs and have a dog. mine’s a pure-bred poodle, but a Yorkie was our second choice so making one my second-in-command felt fitting.
I’m absolutely the collecting type and really lonely, so I’d probably go around catching the shittiest shitmons to ever shitmon or just generally plain mon and turn them into pure bro material. lots of snakes around here so probably plenty of Ekans/Seviper, probably at least one Wingull, loooaaads of bugs- living next to a natural reserve has its benefits.
now I just need to find out how I’d survive there long enough to catch anything.
