The sole fact that the writers bothered to make Serena actually kiss Ash is, like, the most obvious hint that she's the girl Ash will 99% end up with. They won't introduce any serious love interests after that kind of stuff happened because you might as well label the Ashnime as a harem "love comedy" at that point. The other 1% is Ash not getting anyone at all.
May is out of the question for obvious reasons.
Misty, Dawn, Iris, Lillie, fucking Goh are all just shipping bait and eye candy meant for the viewer to fawn over. (Except I doubt anybody ACTUALLY ships Ash with Go unless OLM is actually aiming for the tranny audience which is imo a terrible decision). Heck Ash even had an actual date with Iris.
