Any time Jynx emotes she looks better, but dot eyes need a specific design that works like magmar's there which gives the impression of an expression. Jynx's are just full open dots that don't do anything - she's not weird or creepy enough to be an intentional "gross out" character like mr.mime, but the eyes detract from her being a yuki-onna beauty that Froslass effectively replaced her with.
