The idea that anyone can be unhappy with an objectively bad decision by Game Freak/TPC drives them into a psychotic rage. Also because Pokemon been on top for decades they’ve developed a sense of toxic pride. Deep down, they know they have no real argument for Dexit so they’d rather double down and bite whole lemons than take three seconds to self-reflect and realize that’s the reason why people want all Pokémon to be transferable into the game (or at the very least, have Home be an actual home instead of a holding cell) isn’t because they hate game freak it’s because they like pokemon.
