Thief has to do with being speedy and stealing. Turkistador isn't dark type, but I'd still give it to it if it weren't so slow. Since it's both not dark type and slow I won't add it.

Okay, removed Dark Pulse and gave it the screens. Shadow Ball is staying. Focus Blast has less to do with being psychic and more with mental focus, its distribution is pretty indiscriminate, so that's staying. This guy
