I don't know about you, but upon hearing the news, I decided to take a closer look and see what Pokemon may have a good chance of being in the Galar Pokedex outside of the one's Serebii's listed, so here's my guess. Don't know what you'll think about it or how you'll reply to me, but oh well!
1. Kanto Pokemon and their alolan counterparts.
The resources and animations were already seen in let's go, so I don't see it being much difficulty for GameFreak.
2. Starter Pokemon and their Evolutions.
Other than charizard appearing in the let's go games, what if there's a possibility other starter pokemon from other generations made it?
I mean, these are the pokemon you get at the beginning of every game, after all. I'm not holding my breath on it, but it's a good possibility.
3. Legendary and Mythical Pokemon.
Now who could forget these guys?
Most of them are even on the cover of previous games! On top of that, weren't they all redistributed in the past two years at events? I don't see there being much sense if events for them were all planned only for them not to make it, but once again, not going to be surprised if that's the case.
4. Pokemon already in Pokemon Go.
It wouldn't be too much of a stretch, even though they are all created by Creatures Inc, I've noticed that the textures in this game are actually similar to the one's found in Pokemon Go.
So what do you think will happen, lads? Will GameFreak cave in and put them all back in Via a Patch? Will The Culling Happen? Will my Rough Guesstimate prove to be true?
