The mascot would have to be something like pic related, though Kyurem would still be involved within the plot itself. Hopefully fossil Genesect as well for that matter.
I imagine we'd still get good adds:

Otherwise it's just BW enhanced edition. I'm not sure if Nate/Rosa would have been introduced, or Hugh unless they all function as new rivals. Maybe Team Plasma still gets redesigned.
We'd have gotten some counterpart to Black City/White Forest as well. Perhaps whatever you think the balance between a high tech society/nature are. Grey Utopia?
