You still can't communicate with a dolphin. There's no way to transfer dolphin clicks to "I am a sexually mature female who wants to experience human dick!" and your physiology is too different for the two of you to exchange and understand body language. The only creatures we've been able to communicate with using language are gorillas, and gorillas aren't of human intelligence.
