TechSnarl would be great on an offensive set, and Dark Pulse is still perfectly functional with Fur Coat. Common Persian's 115 base speed is also quite nice, so it could make use of the flinch if it retains this speed stat.
Honestly the alternative movepools, alternative Egg Move options and possibilities, and the potential for Common/Alolan exclusive Egg Moves is what I find the most exciting about the Alolan forms. I really hope they don't drop the ball on this stuff.
