Sinnoh does not have routes as large and layered as Hoenn, it does not have as many nooks and crannies around, the dungeon themes and mechanics are a lot more generic, and the region overall isn't interconnected well like Hoenn is. Sinnoh is a good region, but it's absolutely inferior to Hoenn.
