Are you sure the IP address you put in your router is the IP address of the IP on your network?
Open a command prompt (start -> type cmd and hit enter).
In the prompt window, Enter ipconfig and hit enter
The IPv4 address that shows up is your local IP address on your router. When setting up your Port Forwarding, you need to input the IP address of the computer on your network that needs its ports forwarded, which you would put that address in.
The rest should just be the ports 10800 (or whichever one(s) you want to forward, and the rule, which Any is good.)
