Why? Because its most optimal move, High Horsepower, isn't available anymore.
So I just need to hold onto it until High Horsepower becomes available again somehow.
Or look at all the new Pokemon, like the starters.
Man, it'd be great to have a 4* Rillaboom, but that's the point in evolving it?
Some day, it'll get an exclusive move that's several times better that whatever it has now.
Should I evolve now with hopes of getting ANOTHER 4* Grookey in the future? That's not likely.
Why can't TMs be used to get timed-exclusive moves? Why do they have to be via evolving?
It's all so frustrating. Like why invest materials on something perfect, when it'll be sub-optimal?
