Lunala is one of my favorite pokemon from this gen but it's cards fall just short of being good because they lack the proper support. If you want to try and make a deck from a starter though, Volcanion's deck is not too expensive (aside from Lele) and the Steam Siege starter comes with 2 regular Volcanion, which it uses.You could buy the Noivern deck which comes with a Zoroark, he's got a decent deck and is getting a GX version eventually, but 1 copy hardly justifies spending 500 coins when you could potentially spend half that on pikachu packs and trade those for your one copy. Apparently the Solgaleo deck upgrades into something decent as well using Solgaleo GX, who is very cheap, but I don't have a list for that one handy. Try looking it up if you're interested.
