I've never played that one but I can tell you Prism is pretty good. Two whole regions to explore plus parts of Kanto and Johto with about 20 gyms total. It's built off of crystal but they added a bunch Pokemon from gens 3 and 4 and I love seeing them recreated in the GBC style.
There's also a lot of cool little features like trainer stats and a few areas you have to send one of your Pokemon to explore by themselves in a sort of mystery dungeon feel being able to talk to the other Pokemon. Also bonus points for the game corner, it's basically a full fledged casino complete with playable blackjack, slots, roulette, and a few other games
