Agree with this. HGSS is good but suffers from overall gen 4 clunky/slowness. I enjoy playing Crystal a lot more.

Plus I just prefer the GBC night time aesthetic.

Reminds me of the other interview where Morimoto(?) claimed that the Ilex Forest shrine was never used for anything in the original GSC and that the Celebi connection then was only a fan rumor, with the HGSS event apparently being “a nod to that rumor.“
